  Without a doubt, this residence offers everything and more than my husband and I needed!! They always put you first and there is not one request that can't be met with a smile and the utmost care. I am proud to give Chartwell Chateau a five star rating!!

  My husband and I moved to Château Cornwall in November 2025, at a time when his health was declining rapidly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and compassion. We immediately felt that we had found the right place—a place where we would receive the care and support we so desperately needed. The staff exceeded every expectation. They were always there with a smile, a kind word, and words of encouragement that lifted our spirits during some of the most difficult days of our lives. Their compassion was evident in everything they did. The food was excellent, and the service was amazing! Just as importantly, we had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful residents who quickly became friends. Their companionship brought us joy, laughter, and a true sense of community. When my husband passed away, the support and sincere sympathy shown by the staff and residents meant more to me than words can express. They surrounded me with kindness at a time when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that. Château Cornwall is much more than a retirement residence—it is a place where people genuinely care for one another. It truly became our home, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive community.

  Our father lived at Chateau Cornwall for close to a decade. Fran with her infectious smile is the first one you meet upon entering. What a ray of sunshine! And it continues from there… from the care of the wellness team to dining room to maintenance staff, all part of the extended family. We truly felt the love. A warm and comfortable place to spend your retired years. Our Dad had a wonderful life here, it was his home.
