First of all I wish to say every person at reception is a valuable employee. Each willingly to help residents in various ways. Safana Kahn booked the Private Dining Room for me the May 24 weekend. She ensured it was properly set up and even brought in 2 missing chairs! That’s going beyond the normal. Last week I needed labels to return an item to the seller. My printer is not working. Safana told me I could email her and she would print them. She even had glue so I could attach them to the package! Kudos to Safana for going the extra mile.

As a courier, I tend to deliver packages here multiple times a week. The moment I walk into the door, I am immediately greeted by the front desk concierge named Shafana. This young lady here always has a smile and nothing but courteous to ensure my daily visits are as pleasant as possible. If she is busy with residents, I patiently wait as each resident she assists is also treated with the same professionalism and kind heartedness as I recieve before I complete my deliveries. I truly believe she is a great asset to this establishment and makes my day knowing she will be there to greet me everytime I make a delivery.

After 18 months of community living at Chartwell McConnell we are very happy with our new lifestyle. The varied activities both educational and entertaining make our lives vibrante and fulfilling. The people are friendly and neighborly. The General Manager Jasmin Parker has touched our heart with kindness and compassion, as have all of the staff. Shafana is fantastic receptionist. They are ALL so kind and helpful. You're a great TEAM and we appreciate all you do for us. See you soon. ❤️
