I recently organized for my aunt to move to McConnell Manor, as this was the seniors residence she had chosen many years ago. Michel Beaudry was phenomenal in helping us to make the transition flawless. He answered numerous emails and questions and was extremely supportive and helpful. A shout out also to Sabrina McTaggart for helping out. It has now been a month since the move and my aunt is enjoying the meals as well as the connection with the other residents. Whenever I visit, I am always warmly welcomed by Shafara and staff members.

First of all I wish to say every person at reception is a valuable employee. Each willingly to help residents in various ways. Safana Kahn booked the Private Dining Room for me the May 24 weekend. She ensured it was properly set up and even brought in 2 missing chairs! That’s going beyond the normal. Last week I needed labels to return an item to the seller. My printer is not working. Safana told me I could email her and she would print them. She even had glue so I could attach them to the package! Kudos to Safana for going the extra mile.

I like everything goes here. The staff is always helpful. Justin kitchen Manager is doing fantastic job. Shafana is excellent at her job. Gerry, Scott and other team members are amazing. Residents are so friendly. I love all the activities and Shuttle bus service. ❤️
