  Last February Jodi took us for a lovely and detailed tour of Heritage Suites. As soon as we finished the tour, we knew this was the place for our Dad. (Dad was with us for the tour). We all remarked on how bright and open spaced it is and the upscale decor makes it feel cozy and welcoming. The room Dad chose is perfect for his needs. Lots of floor space, storage and a huge bathroom that easily accommodates his walker. He loves to sit in the lounge with his new friends and chat, or even pick up a hot/cold drink and a snack to go with it at the coffee station. The lounge has large windows that face the greenery and pond of Archie’s Golf course. The outside sitting area is well kept with lots of tables and chairs to relax in the summer sun or shade. The dining area is spacious, clean and good assorted food served. The staff you run into throughout the building are kind, courteous and always helpful. Activities abound. Always something to join in with, or sit and watch if that’s your preference. Happy smiles on the faces of the residents tell the full story of the quality of care at Heritage Suites.

  My mother has been at Heritage Suites for a little over a year now. From the first time we took her to see the residence she was warmly welcomed. The staff from management to house cleaning and the staff in the dining room have been absolutely amazing. Her suite is bigger than any of the other residences we went to see. It is bright and cheery with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking Archies golf course.There is always something going on for them to do from entertainment, games, movie nights and ice cream socials. The front entrance is bright and spacious and very welcoming. She has absolutely enjoyed being there and has met a lot of new people.

  After an extensive search, my mother chose Heritage Suites—and it was absolutely the right decision. The community stood out for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, immaculate cleanliness, modern suites, and spacious bathrooms. Having lived there for the past six months, she truly feels at home. She’s made wonderful friendships, enjoys the delicious meals, and deeply appreciates the personalized care and attention from the staff. We couldn’t be happier with her experience and would highly recommend Heritage Suites to anyone seeking a supportive and comfortable living environment.
