Our mom has been residing at Chartwell for abt 6 mo’s now. While the transition has been a challenge for us all, Chartwell has been brilliant. The premises are so lovely, the food outstanding, the events and offerings so broad, but the highlight is the staff who exceed in their kindness and support. From Tonia’s welcome not in any way limited to administration but fully engaging with residents to filling in wherever needed. The housecleaning staff are precious, with Glenna leading so well in her attentiveness and care for the individuals - she is well loved, and so specific in her attention to their needs. Sukhi and the dining room staff are so appreciated as the ensure meals are on-time and none missed. To Dave’s responsiveness to maintenance requests/needs, to Kim’s gentle support as we all navigate this journey. I have missed many staff, not because they are in any way inadequate, but because they all strive for excellence in care, surpassing their specific “line of duty”. We appreciate you and are blessed by you all, and are grateful for you every day. Thank you Chartwell Kelowna.

Chartwell in Kelowna is such a warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained community. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, and it’s clear the team truly cares about the residents. A special shout-out to McKenzie her exceptional service, kindness, and bright energy make such a massive difference. She always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. If you are looking for a place that feels like a true home with an amazing, dedicated team, I cannot recommend Chartwell enough!

You Want your Loved Ones to Live Here!!! Every member of the Caring Staff makes this a wonderful place to call Home. From the moment the admissions staff assist you to each and everyday you are there, everyone is happy to treat you like part of a family. The food is exceptional and the activities are endless. The Staff cared for my Mom like they were her own family for over the 3 years she was there. A special thanks to Dave who is a man of many hats and responsibilities. He has stepped up to help Chartwell in every department, even playing Crib with the residents when need be. Thank you once again to all the Staff for making my Mom feel like Someone Special everyday !!! Xoxo
