This is the most amazing place for my mother. For hers and my piece of mind. The staff is incredible, compassionate and caring. The facility offers so many different things to do every week, mom can keep busy all the time. The bus gives her freedom, and the proximity of the mall, gives her the freedom to do pretty much anything day to day. Highly recommend this facility.

We were a group of 10 visiting our sister and brother in law. We recently had the pleasure of sharing a family meal at the Valleywood retirement home, and it turned out to be a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and full of life. The staff greeted us with genuine kindness, making not just the residents but also visiting family comfortable and included. The dining area was clean, bright and thoughtfully, arranged, creating a relaxed setting, where everyone could enjoy their time together. The meal itself was delicious well prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There was a nice variety of option, catering to different taste and dietary needs, which made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed what stood out the most was sense of community residence were chatting, laughing and engaging with one another. it was clear that these shared meals are an important part of the daily life there, watching our sister and brother in law feel so ease and happy in that environment meant a lot to us overall, it was more than just a meal It was a meaningful experience filled with warm connection and comfort. It gave us peace of mind knowing my sister and brother-in-law is in a place where they are well cared and can enjoy moments like these every day.

Barb and I took a full year researching and visiting various Retirement Resorts in the Okanagan. Valleywood caught our eye as the best match for us. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Always warm smiles!!! Amenities and activities here are superb! Suites are spacious and comfortable. Something interesting to do everyday. Meals are very good with a excellent variety. So glad we chose Valleywood !!!
