We had the pleasure of dealing with Regency Valleywood Retirement Resort for a family member. We first visited the premises and were impressed with how clean and bright the facility is. As with most things, the staff is what makes an experience and shout out to Linda and Blane at Regency Valleywood. Those two went above and beyond to help us since we were a distance from Kelowna. They helped settle our family member in with enthusiasm and constant contact with us as things unfolded. They help setting up the move in and move out with expertise we haven't seen in a while. Thank you to Valleywood and especially the above mentioned folks. We are new and hope that this top notch service continues!

Living in another country, it's not always easy being so far away from my mom. Knowing she is happy, safe, and genuinely cared for at Valleywood gives me tremendous peace of mind. Every conversation leaves me smiling as she shares stories about the wonderful staff, new friends, and activities she enjoys. I am so grateful to everyone at Valleywood for the kindness, compassion, and care they show my mom each day. It means more to our family than words can express. Thank you Valleywood. ❤️

Our mom Jenine has found the best place possible. My wife and I just returned from spending 4 days visiting mom at Valleywood, and the facilities are fabulous, and the staff are second to none. They're friendly, and always going out of their way to meet everyone's needs and to make everyone feel welcomed. There's no shortage of activities and opportunities to socialize, which is important, as mom is very social.
