We’ve been here for over six months.. Finally came the Blessing of our new General manager . Mme. Lysa..fully well experienced for the benefit of all ages.. Within two weeks she noticed our needs..She called us in her office and offered us the final loving touch for our full comfort..never to leave.. Now we are very much ready to call all our friends ready for a wonderful retirement palace.. Our hat goes off also to the owner for a very Blessed choice…. Mme.Lysa..you must never retire ..this retirement manor will always need you.. Again thank God for sending you our way…🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 The Grzela’s…❤️❤️

My parents moved in December 2024. Their residence still needed finishing touches but we were assured they would get done. There was a sewer back-up in their first week there. Over a year later, some things are still not completed. Louise, their previous healthcare manager was outstanding. Really cared for the residents. Went out of her way to ensure the people there got the needed attention and tried her best to ensure the building itself worked well for the people under her care. Sadly, she left. BAWA Group, the ownership group based in southern Ontario have been difficult to deal with. The building is over 2 years old and things are still not complete. The landscaping is in a state of disrepair in the courtyard. Irrigation pipes are still exposed. The parking lot for residents and visitors is a mess. There are 2 massive shipping containers blocking a Fire Exit affecting escape routes. Heating in the building public spaces is hit and miss. They have gone through many chefs in the kitchen. Not sure why. Contacting the BAWA group is difficult. After 3 emails, finally got through to someone then it was followed by crickets again. It just feels like the company is nickle and diming the residents who are paying a lot of money to stay there. The residents have a committee to try and discuss issues with management but they are frustrated. I hope that in the coming months, things get resolved since the residence does have potential. Nothing would make me happier than writing a great review come this summer.

Excellent facility. Staff are always caring . Sorry to hear a staff member was unhappy with how things played out when they left. Realistically that is life. My family member has been a resident for exactly a year. And has been treated with dignity love and respect. It is so good to know that they are being treated as part of a family when life is limited. Louise and all are fantastic
