They are not organized and hire staff who have no idea what they are doing. One was sent who arrived late, did not know how to turn a vacuum on and asked where to plug it in even though there were multiple plugs visible. She left 15 min early and I only receive help for an hour so coming late and leaving early and needed step by step instructions that were obvious. My regular care person is very good but I am not advised when she won't be coming. They don't return calls or answer the phone to advise you off change. I have been really ill with radiation and after effects, in a copd flare and on antibiotics and need this assistance. Worst service ever. I think they pull people off the street to fill in and they are not trained caregivers. Very frustrated.

They promised for helping in PR but this time they are refusing to provide paperwork. Its so unfair … Too much bad experience . Moreover, They also hiring new staff nowadays while giving fake expectations. Please stay away from this company . If you need PR help .

Very disappointing experience working at ParaMed. Staff are not treated fairly, communication was poor, and I was fired from the job I had without any clear reason or warning. It caused a lot of stress and uncertainty.
