I have found ComForCare Home Care to be helpful and respectful to my sister's needs. When I could not get to emerg Jelfie checked up on her progress and gave me a report of what was being done for her. As I live on Vancouver Island being able to trust that the care-givers have my sisters best interests in mind is invaluable to me.

When I first called, the owner came and interviewed me and asked me all the right questions. She was thoughtful and kind. She then came with a case manager and went through my home and ordered all the supplies that I would need as my husband was bedridden. After she assessed my husband, they designed the care plan. I was greatly relieved and slept well knowing I was in the right hands. The service was excellent and honest- the pricing was transparent. Would highly recommend and help is there, if you ask for help.

We have been very happy with ComForCare, Vancouver. They have a wonderful team and provide very professional service. The intake process was excellent and they quickly put care staff in place to support my Mom. The caregivers are incredibly attentive and we are very pleased with the consistency and quality of care.
