I’ve been a PSW at ComForCare since January of 2023. My experience with the company has been great. They have provided me with many jobs. Whenever I have any issues or concerns about anything, they have been very helpful and have acted very quickly to make sure that the problem or issue is taken care of. The staff at the office are always available whenever you need them. Their number one concern is that the job is done well and that the clients are well assisted. When the families have asked me what company I work for, I tell them proudly ComForCare and they have asked me to give them information about the agency. They see how I work with my clients and they seek the same level of care for their loved ones. I feel proud of myself being part of the ComForCare team. Thank you

I am writing this review totally because I can't see this happened to my mother, who was employed as a caregiver at this location. This agency failed to provide a safe working environment. My mother was bullied and physically injured by a client multiple times, leaving her with bruises. When she reported this serious safety issue to the manager, his response was dismissive, telling her she should just 'protect herself more carefully' next time which implying that he still wants my mother to go work for this client. Employers in Ontario have a legal duty to protect staff from workplace violence. This agency failed. DO NOT WORK here if you want safety!!!
