We contracted with Comfort Keeepers to begin supporting my parents on January 1st, 2025. Over the next 6 months they provided exemplary, compassionate and professional care, always striving to be consistent with same individuals covering the regular shifts. During the 3 weeks prior to mom moving in to long term care they supported her 24/7. Compassionate care was not limited to the home care aids but extended to each and every interaction with the administrative staff as well. Most of our services were covered by Blue Cross, hours billed through the Self Directed Care plan. Comfort Keepers charged only the amount per assessed hour covered by Blue Cross, there was no additional cost per hour as with some other companies.
