The team at Community Plus Home Healthcare and Nursing provided me exactly what I needed as I was transitioning my sister from living independently to long term care. The team of caregivers was compassionate and skilled as they provided a daily wellness check and companionship for my sister who was suffering with extreme anxiety and depression. The Operations Managers were always available and able to quickly change the care schedule as the needs of my sister changed. They checked in frequently and also cared for my emotional needs during a challenging time. I am very grateful for the support and expertise of everyone at Community Plus!

CommunityPlus? I am totally in awe with the care that has been provided to my sister. I can feel the genuine empathy that these caregivers have for their clients. Having access to the daily notes has been an immense relief for me, as I can truly follow what has happened that day and how my sister is feeling. Bravo to each and every caregiver that has been assigned to this client. (Co-ordinators also deserve a kudo for tirelessly maintaining ever-changing schedules.)

Our family is very thankful for the staff of CommunityPlus homecare. From the office co-ordinators to the wonderful caregivers who come to assist our dad, everyone has been attentive, thorough and very kind. Dad enjoys his time with his CommunityPlus caregivers and they make sure all steps on the care plan are followed and that everything he needs is taken care of. They arrive on schedule and have never missed or cancelled an appointment due to staffing problems; they’re 100% reliable. The co-ordinators are quick to respond to requests and are very flexible and accommodating. CommunityPlus was highly recommended to us by friends as the best choice for care giving in Victoria and after our own experience with their service, we feel the same way. CommunityPlus delivers great care and great service - five stars for everyone involved. Thank you, CommunityPlus!
