My family and I highly recommend Serenity. My 91-year-old mother had hip replacement surgery and we needed care to be able to help her in the short-term after she was discharged, while she got used to being at home again. With the variables constantly changing with the discharge date and working around physiotherapy, there was a lot of time juggling to do. The front end staff, Diane and Sophie, helped us cope with as things were in flux and were very compassionate about the emotional side of this experience. Wendy is a warm and caring person who helped mum feel good about getting care and set up wonderful staff, especially Mabel, to give mum support and great companionship. If we ever needed care again, I would not hesitate to contact Serenity.

We had an excellent experience with Serenity home care. Their services were affordable and flexible. They played a critical role in supporting the recovery process. It was so comforting to know that the support would be there. The scheduling staff were also extremely responsive and reasonable in accommodating our changing needs. Serenity Care helped me and my family at a very difficult time, when my husband was coping with Alzheimers and cancer. Their staff was so caring and professional that it made our journey easier. I appreciated their flexibility in responding to changing circumstances, and their ability to quickly respond to urgent situations. They allowed us to keep my husband at home for longer, and relieved me of some of the anxiety and work of caring for him.
