Our 96 year old Dad is looked after with kindness, patience, attentiveness to his needs and professionalism. We are grateful to Orchid for providing this level of care, he is grateful and all of our lives are made better with him being in such good and reliable hands, both in the morning to get him up and going and in the evening to settle him in and provide a kind end to his day. We appreciate the carers who are on hand every day and the office gang who respond quickly to our questions. The daily note on Dad’s visits keep us in the loop 10/10 from our family
