I had a poor taste in my mouth every time I visited my grandmother here, but unfortunately it was the best we could do for her. No one ever had any idea what was going on, would lie to us on the phone about her condition, put us on hold for long periods of time for someone else to come on the line to tell us the previous person left for the day and they had no idea why we were holding .... and now to top it off I could not be more disgusted with this place after my grandmother's death - absolutely disgraceful to try to steal from a grieving family. Glad the courts were in our favour, but it never should have come to that.
