When we needed caregivers for our 84+ mother, we were incredibly lucky to find Eldercare. Lisa and her team were so responsive to our urgent circumstances and were able to get care in place for us in a matter of hours. The caregivers were unbelievably compassionate with Mom and the nursing care (which DID NOT cost extra !!) was very professional. Fees were more than reasonable for what Eldercare provided and better than any other service. Highly recommend this team of true caregivers

My father has dementia and when my mother fell and broke her hip, suddenly there was no one to care for him. I called several agencies but when I spoke to Lisa, I got the feeling that this was the agency for us. Lisa came to my parent’s house to meet with me and my dad in person while my mom was in hospital. She was calm and empathetic and knew what this whole horrible experience was like for us. She chatted with my dad and he liked her immediately. We have had several caregivers form Eldercare and they have all been punctual, reliable, helpful and understanding. Now that my mom is home we still employ Eldercare to help us out. I have nothing but good things to say about the service. If you need to change the timing of care due to appointments or activities the call centre is easily accessible and responsive. Highly recommend.

We engaged Eldercare Home Health about two months ago, when my parents’ ability to manage on their own changed suddenly. Although it was right before the holidays, Eldercare responded quickly and soon had help in place. Our team are polite, pleasant and reliable, and the caregivers always seem to be well-briefed. I also appreciate having the backup support of registered nurses, plus Eldercare’s well-organized approach to communications. Very happy with the experience to date.
