I am so relieved my Dad is at Elgin Falls. The entire staff of PSW’s, nurses, and people at the front desk are all very helpful, to not just my Dad, but to me as well. Lynn and Jill are very responsive to any questions I have had. All the staff try their very best to help. The building is super clean and well kept. There always seems to be some activities going on with the seniors. The food is home made by a chef on site. My Dad said they actually make good fish and chips!! Dad is now eating 3 healthy nutritious meals a day. The entire Elgin Team goes out of their way to keep all their clients healthy, involved and happy. Since my Dad has been there, I feel happy that my Dad is safe and well cared for.

Let me start by saying I have visited nearly every senior facility in Niagara Region & Essex County and Elgin Falls stands out as a beacon of excellence across the board. From the friendly team and happy residents to the amazing food quality this place is akin to a premium cruise ship experience. Lots of coordinated activities with varied levels of engagement to suit one and all. Happy to call Elgin Falls home for our Father.

Our family could not ask for a better place for our father to be. He came in for respite care in January and loved it, so he moved in. Lynn is compassionate and works with everyone to ensure that our dad is always happy. The caring nursing staff are very professional. The center has many amenities such as a wonderful primary doctor on staff, a pedicurist who comes to his room, a hair stylist and even a mobile library. He loves the food and that's important. Dad doesn't have to venture outside unless he wants to. Elgin Falls is exemplary.
