Sandy & her staff were very helpful & realiable filling in on short notice . We had her & her staff doing a overnight shift 9:00 pm till 8:00 am 7 days a week! We never worried when they were there. Mom was basically bedridden but the staff also was understanding & knew what to do. Sandy was also knowledgeable & helped my sister & I many times with medical questions when they popped up. Mom has now been moved to Long Term Care but know we can still count on Sandy if needed! Debbie Coppard

I hired Sandy Kovacs and her Team of RPN's and PSW's and Health Care Aids to assist in caring for my elderly parent (91 at the time) in her own home. My Mother needed assistance with meal preparation and medication administration at the start of our retainer of EHCS. As time went on, my Mother's needs became greater, and she required more and more assistance to remain in her own home. The EHCS Team were so helpful! They were able to identify my Mother's needs before I did and they were able to assist and adjust where necessary. My Mother was able to remain in her own home, safely, with their capable assistance for well over a year. When my Mother was moved to AL we kept the Team involved to assist with the transition and the adjustment period and I could not have done it without them. Sandy was able to take my Mother to medical appointments in her wheelchair van which made it so much easier on me and safer for my Mother. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without them. Sandy Kovacs has a Team of very caring, dedicated staff that my Mother really liked, and that we all trusted and felt comfortable with. If you are in need of in-home private duty nursing and PSW support - I can highly recommend Sandy Kovacs and her Team at EnCompass Home Care Solutions. You will not be disappointed!
