I cannot say enough about happy I am that we worked with Esti to find a nanny for our newborn. We had never hired a nanny before and really did not know where to start. Esti & I talked a lot before she found candidates for us so that she knew what we were looking for. After speaking with me, she found multiple nannies who had the qualities that we were looking for (such as the ability to start at 7:30 am, cook, clean, and care for a newborn). We ended up hiring an AMAZING nanny, who I honestly could not imagine life without now. Our nanny is a career nanny who worked for another family for nine years before joining us. Our nanny is so good with our newborn (and 10 year old before & after school) and will cook & clean when the baby is sleeping. Esti gave us a great employment contract to use and got us set up with a payroll company. I 100% recommend using Esti to help you in your nanny search.

Finding a nanny is a stressful process, and I am very glad a friend indicated me the EO HomeCare agency. From the beginning, they understood my family needs and showed me the pros and cons of different options, so I felt confident to choose the live-in sponsored caregiver route. They were not only helpful in preparing all the paperwork, but also have a team of recruiters overseas that met with all the applicants before I interview them. I am happy to have hired the most amazing nanny to care for my LO. Thanks Esti and EO homecare team!

I have only good things to say about my experience with Esti and the team at EO Homecare. From the beginning I was supported and advised through all steps of applying for the right permissions, interviewing and selecting a great nanny for my son from a pool of pre-screened candidates, and advising me on arranging her travel to Canada. I'm extremely pleased with the hire and the whole process was smooth and Esti provided great advice and an experienced professional opinion. I would not hesitate to refer other families to EO Homecare to help with finding a carer for your loved ones.
