Their manager arshjot was rude I think so she must need to teach herself how to ba kind and respectful towards person

My mother has been at Sherwood for 5 years. In the beginning it was great, staff was fantastic, care was excellent and communication with Management was great. However in the last 2 years , specially now, communication with staff and Management has totally declined. NO ONE ever answers the phone, you leave a voice message and NO ONE returns your call. Total total disappointment. It is sad because at one time it was a real great place now it has totally declined.

This is the WORST old age home that constantly neglects the elderly. My grandfather has been at this location for almost 2 years and was rushed to the hospital recently because of a brain bleed that was caused by a fall that wasn’t recorded for us to know. The nurses at Sherwood are absolutely terrible. They continued to give my grandfather the wrong medication because they thought he “looked like someone else.”My grandfather was unable to swallow and they would constantly neglect to read his chart, and try to orally give it to him. It’s disgusting how they treat the elderly who are in need of proper care. This is unacceptable!!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Agnus Collina the Nurse Practitioner is unprofessional and rude. My grandfather is in palliative care as of recently and the communication between Cortelucci and the home is absolutely horrendous. Lack of communication and lack of empathy for a family who’s about to loose a loved one. Agnus’ attitude on the phone was so sad to hear. How dare you talk to a human being like that. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
