Do not let the positive reviews for Agecare Pine Grove fool you; think twice before sending your loved ones here. My 93-year-old aunt was admitted two weeks ago, bedridden following a stroke. Her gold bracelet—which she wished to wear until her passing—was stolen straight off her wrist while she slept. I made a complaint and the staff wasn’t very helpful. I got the impression the case is being treated as her word against theirs. Our primary concern is not the financial worth of the bracelet. This situation is about principle, trust, and the fundamental safety of your residents.The lack of empathy and screening protocols for their staff is deeply alarming. What kind of a person does this? I hope this case will be investigated further. I’ll update this post if necessary. Think of your loved ones before adding this facility as an option on your application. Protect your family and avoid this facility. I hope this review can be viewed publicly and is not being blocked by the site moderator.

This is a very caring and loving place. If I had to pick a home for my parents it would be agecare.

My mom has been there for 2 years and feels safe, very well taken care of and loved by all the staff. God bless all the staff and tireless workers who make up PineGrove.
