Brought my dad here a year and a half ago from an expensive private facility and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean relatively spacious and they have a good day programs. Most important of all what stands out is the love and care from the staff. My mom visits almost every day and gets the same support from everyone. Highly recommend and 1/3 the price of private that we experienced.

On behalf of our entire family, we want to extend our most heartfelt thanks following the passing of our beloved father. There are no words that can truly express the depth of our gratitude for the extraordinary care, compassion, and love your team showed him, not just in his final days, but throughout his time with you. Each of you was more than just a caregiver. You were angels in human form. You fed him with patience, comforted him with warmth, and treated him with dignity as if he were your own family. Even during his palliative stage, when hope was fragile, you never gave up on him. You showed up, with tenderness, strength, and grace. No amount of money could ever buy the love and devotion you gave him. We saw it. We felt it. And we will never forget it. We kindly ask that you share this message with your entire staff. Every nurse, PSW, physician, aide, and support worker deserves to know how deeply we appreciate them. You were a blessing in our father’s life, and now in our memory of him. With love, respect, and eternal gratitude

My dad moved into the Maple Health Centre a little over 2 months ago, a transition we all dreaded. Happily, it turned out to be the best we could have hoped for. My dad is flourishing! He is always well looked after. This facility provides outstanding patient care, from the Administration office to ALL the staff! From assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding and dressing . To a range of amenities to support the physical and mental well-being and socialization of the residents. They provide endless emotional support and guidance to my father and to myself and my family. They provide us with regular updates, care plans, health status and activities. The staff have always greeted us enthusiastically and have always made us feel welcome! This staff is incredibly hard working and dedicated and go above and beyond the call of duty. They deserve all the support and more! I highly recommend Maple Health Centre for your loved ones.
