Please never allow your loved ones to live here! It’s horrible Staff don’t communicate with eachother The home can’t keep management such a high turn over They don’t take responsibility for lost or stolen property They don’t take the Safty of their residents as top priority Their priority is break time They leave residences in soiled underwear so long So fast to point fingers at their own coworkers or blame management Keep looking other then the location there isn’t a good thing about this place

Incredible care for my father at West Oak Village. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff, especially near the end of his life. I would not hesitate to recommend this LTC facility.

Judging by the tenure of nurses and PSW's it is nice to know loved ones are cared for by experts who know them so well. Friendly and ultra professional people caring for our mom. She is content.
