Geriatric Assessment Clinic / Seniors Health Clinic
Outpatient clinic serving older adults who live in the community. If the patient lives at home, in a retirement home or a long-term care facility and can come to the clinic, the patient will be seen by a geriatrician or a nurse practitioner who will complete the assessment, make recommendations and be in touch with the patient's family physician with the results of the visit.

Fracture Clinic
Outpatient clinic that treats and manages of acute orthopedic injuries. Provide follow-up care to patients who have recently visited the Emergency Department or who have had surgery. Team consists of orthopedic surgeons, registered orthopedic technologists, clerical assistants and volunteers.

Inpatient Treatment Units
Total of 19 adult inpatient beds on the 2D/Psychiatric Special Care Unit (PSCU), Mental Health 2G Flex at Credit Valley Hospital. 46 adult inpatient beds at Mississauga Hospital (Mental Health GB, Mental Health 1B, and Mental Health ICU). Focused on the stabilization of symptoms and supports the recovery of the acutely ill client.

Inpatient Oncology
Cancer services are offered at the Credit Valley Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre. Patients are admitted for management and care related to cancer diagnosis. There are beds for palliative care patients with a focus on management of pain and other symptoms, support for emotional and psychological difficulties and care in the last days and weeks of life.

Falls Prevention Clinic
Comprehensive assessment by a nurse practitioner or geriatrician, and a physiotherapist, with recommendations for treatment. Agree to participate in a two-hour education and exercise session, twice a week for six weeks. Follow-up visit three months after completion of the program.
