The staff at Fairhaven Westview 4 are tremendous. Our family basically lived there for 6 days this week while my mom was end of life. Every one of them asked if there was anything we needed like coffee or tea when they would leave the room. We had the family room reserved just for us the entire time, which we could sleep or gather for a meal. I am sorry I don't know all the names of the nurses, but those who stuck out were Lenore, Amber, Jo-Jo and Christy. Mom had been there for almost 5 years with Alzheimer's , and you can tell how attached they were and each had their own little story about her. We did get quite loud when we were together, sometimes 7 or 8 in the room and we were never asked to quiet down, in fact they would come in and enjoy our conversations. My father is in ltc at Fairhaven a difficult situation but made incredibly better by the helpful, thoughtful people who work his floor the PSW s, nurses, kitchen staff all go above and beyond to make the best of the situation. Shout out to Jenna, Shannon, Brad and many more of the great people who work on W2 (sorry to all those I’m forgetting but I’m getting bad with names) Thank-you everyone

In-house staff is not very kind to maintenance/contractors/security and other folks who work there outside of the medical field.
