GenaCare Family Support has been an incredible blessing for our family. I want to give a special mention to Toni Reed, whose care and compassion made all the difference for my aunt, who lives with dementia. Toni treated my aunt with patience, dignity, and genuine kindness every single day. She took the time to understand her routines, her triggers, and the little things that helped her feel safe and comfortable. Dementia care can be challenging, but Toni approached it with such calmness and professionalism that our whole family felt reassured. What stood out most was how Toni connected with my aunt as a person, not just a client. She communicated clearly with us, kept us updated, and always went above and beyond to make sure my aunt felt supported and respected.
