The staff are incredibly hard working and they truly care about the residents. This is a smaller home and as a result they provide a superior standard of care. My father had complex, extensive needs and he was so fortunate to spend his final months here. The staff could not have done more for him and they did everything possible to give him the best quality of life. If you are fortunate enough to be offered a spot for your loved one, I would strongly suggest that you take it. Thank you for everything you did for my father and the amazing service you provide for the community!

I am very pleased with Good Samaritan LTC. I am informed on everything that is done with my Mom and the nurses and PSWs work very hard.

I called in order to determine if I could visit a recently arrived resident. The response was “We will not tell you if she is staying here and we will not provide information concerning our guests”. Unbelievable! Having spent 20 years as a board member of a large community care organization couple with my wife’s profession as an RN at hospitals and having numerous friends in the medical profession I have never before encountered such rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Based upon my experience I would avoid this facility. 0 stars.
