Aging Well Clinic

Community-based program that assists older adults in living at home, retirement residences, or dealing with medical issues that may arise. Services include: assessment and treatment of memory problems in adults age 65 and older assessment and treatment of complicated medical conditions in adults age 75 and older program development to assist adults age 75 and older, with complicated medical conditions to prepare for major surgery. Clients of the clinic must be accompanied by a family member or companion who is familiar with personal and medical concerns.
