My Mother lived at Riverwood for over 3 years and the care was outstanding. The staff are very caring and they always went the extra mile. She loved the home cooked meals.

Most pathetic example of a senior care facility. Healthcare is to give care for ones health. There system is set up to be organized disobedience, where the executive staff are so incompetent they do not provide the adequate staff to time manage care, supplies and prescriptions are forgotten about. Multiple tenants are left uncheck after fallen at late hours of the night. I even heard one story where a riverwood staff had found their own mother at the start of a shift, unattended to after a fall during the night. Above all to see this lack of care is completely discussing. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. They serve food on paper plates and plastic forks, just to shine a light on how far this organization has been left to fall.
