My brother has been here since May 2025 and overall we've been happy with this home. We visit him often and he always seems happy, clean and well cared for. Our experience with the staff has been positive.

My grandma has lived here for a few years and when she first moved in, I felt at ease that this was a nice place for her to live. Unfortunately, it has progressively degraded into an absolutely disgusting place. The individual rooms, hallways, and common rooms overwhelming wreak of urine. Every time we visit, she is sitting in a full diaper and her wheel chair is soaked. The floors are sticky and gross with urine. I've seen animals in a barn kept cleaner than this. It is really disappointing, seeing our grandma treated so poorly.

December 24, 2024 We want to express our gratitude to all of the staff at Hampton for the past nine years. The care for Danny was the very best we could have asked for. Always kind, smiling and there for him; whether it was sharing their dinner (pizza) later in the evening or chatting, dancing or simply sitting with him. He was was truly cared for
