My father was in Billings court for the past 2/1-2 years. He had wonderful care from all the staff especially PSW’s and Nursing. They looked after him very well and they became part of our family. They always kept us posted and even during his final days they were loving and compassionate. They understand how to deal with dementia patients and found ways to navigate any issues. The doctors that service this facility are great and we can’t say enough about how happy we were. We would recommend for your family to consider as a great option for LTC.

Both parents are residents. THey've taken great care to be as accommodating as possible. PSWs are, for the most part, very caring and pleasant to deal with. Both my parents tell me the food is good. Plenty of activities to keep residents engaged if they choose to be. Having experience with another LTC home in another region, I can say this one is a good one.

The ABSOLUTE WORST retirement home possible the “health care” staff is deplorable over an hour wait to attend to the elderly to use the washroom, food service is below par and living accommodations are something out hospital along with my stolen phone and car keys and holding zero accountability
