I visited the facility today and observed PSWs being rude to students and assigning tasks without proper guidance. Students appeared untrained and need proper supervision and support while learning. I request Sharon to kindly remind all PSWs to be patient, respectful, and supportive when teaching students to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.Students are not here to do Psws task.They are here to learn. I kindly request to Sharon and Roselin please take proper care of our loved ones and ensure their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.

I did my first placement here the things I witnessed made me cry for these residents NEVER EVER would I send any loved ones to this place the residents treatment by the PSW's & Nurses made me uncomfortablely sick to my stomach! Would never recommend this place would recommend the Ministry of Health and Safety pay them a surprise visit! DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT!!!

I had such a wonderful experience visiting my grandfather at Extendicare Burloak. The home was spotless and so well cared for, which made the visit even more welcoming. During my visit on Friday, the home was hosting a beautiful celebration of diversity, equity, and inclusion called All Nations Day and Fashion Show. Residents, families, and staff all came together to share their cultures and serve foods from their heritage. I’ve never experienced anything like this in a long-term care home before. It was truly special and such a treat! A big round of applause to the leadership team and everyone at Burloak for fostering such a caring, inclusive, and vibrant community. I would definitely recommend this home to every single person for their loved ones.
