We just signed my mother-in-law up. Seems great in theory, and in general, the service is good when they show up. But in less than two weeks of using the service, THREE TIMES the Home Instead worker has called to say they couldn’t make it. Got in traffic accident, sick, dog was having puppies you name it - using every excuse in the book. Maybe they can direct their ad budget from the AM radio stations to actually getting reliable staff

I really felt a lot of peace of mind with this company. I was so impressed with Elizabeth who thought outside the box. She dusted my fathers paintings and organized his closets. She took an interest in baseball his favourite thing to watch. She said she learned from him. That’s the kind of people you want around your family. Thank you.for your kindness toward my father.

The entire team at Home Instead have been wonderful. They are all very professional and truly know how to give the best customized care to our loved one. The team has been extremely flexible when we have needed to make adjustments to our schedule. We have been using Home Instead for about 3 years now and they have brought so much peace of mind to our family. Highly recommend!!
