if I could give 0 stars I would. this company is the most unprofessional company. they had a psw coming to my brothers house to look after him he's in a wheelchair and she would constantly verbally assault my brother and she still has a job.. my mom tried to file a complaint to no avail as they refuse to even acknowledge the problem and have since just stopped answering her calls and now they don't even send anyone to help with my brother anymore witch he still needs the help. this place is the most unprofessional disorganized company 10 outta 10 do NOT recommend

They make deals with their clients and their family members but break them on whim so they can get funding from outside sources, also they break their own policy whenever they feel like it, but they hold their clients to it, if you can avoid using them I would

Most of their psw's seem good but scheduling is very unorganized and changes. It has been very confusing for my 88 year old mother and they can't seem to get a regulat schedule with the same psws.
