We feel incredibly grateful to have found Sandra. She brings such a thoughtful, compassionate approach to her care, and has been especially wonderful in supporting our mom through her memory challenges. What truly sets Sandra apart is the genuine connection she’s built. She’s become not just a caregiver, but a real friend to our mom, something that had been missing before. Our mom genuinely looks forward to their time together, which means everything to us. Sandra is also incredibly proactive and solutions-oriented. She doesn’t just point out challenges, she comes forward with ideas and is always willing to pivot when needed. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our mom is in such capable and caring hands.

I’m so grateful that I can share how amazing Just Like Family Newmarket has been to me. I take care of my elderly father full time at home. He is over ninety and experiences cognitive decline (Alzheimers) and is on a catheter. Just Like Family Newmarket has provided incredible emotional support as well as access to physical support and free hours of caregiving. They are compassionate and caring as well as efficient, professional and competent. I trust them with my most vulnerable family member. And they are definitely just like family to me.
