Great customer service from the manager Tiffany! My father has severe mobility issues, and it is hard for him to perform basic housekeeping tasks. When we originally enlisted Just Like Family (JLF), he had a bad experience with his first cleaner being rude, not thorough and also breaking his crock pot. I spoke to the manager Tiffany, who was appauled at this particular staff member's behavior. She wanted to make it right, and bought my father a new crock pot, and said she would send one of their most highly rated cleaners, to the next appointment. After the next appointment, my father told me how happy he was with the new cleaner Arosha. He said she was very thorough, hard-working and friendly. She was very respectful and even though he is hard of hearing, she patiently communicated with hand gentures and a smile when they were struggling to understand each other at times. I really appreciate Tiffany's effort to correct the original experience, and I can tell that she really cares about her clients. Thank you!!

They help my parents clean their home. All of them are good people. But the lady who came in January is great. My Mom likes her so much as she tried her best to make my parents' place really clean. Thanks!
