This 5 star rating is because of Crystal. I can't say enough about the care Crystal has given my brother over and above the care he requires on a daily basis. She makes him smile with the silly animal videos she shares with him which is not easy to do these days. He responds to her in a very positive way. She treats him as you would a family member rather than simply a client which to me is an important part of being a care aid. Don’t know what I would do without her.

Jovy and Zuzanna have provided my mom with exceptional care at Cedarbrooke and I am very happy that we hired Safe Care Home Support . Trusting, supportive and compassionate is what comes to mind. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking of their services. Two thumbs up 👍

I can honestly say that Neda saved my mom's life. We were at our wits end and was going to put her in a care home. Neda came into our lives and my mom is so much happier and healthier. She is professional, kind, loyal, and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her. You will not be disappointed with choosing Safe Care Home Support. However I find dealing with the company itself extremely frustrating. I cannot seem to get consistency with the billing. Am constantly asking for invoices so that I don't get billed for 1 or 2 months at a time. Communication with their clients seems to be an issue. Some of these accounting issues could have been resolved if the company had just contacted me.
