I have used Mary-Lin’s service for over a year to care for my aunt. It is a great service and the care aid Maureen is a wonderful and helpful person. I definitely recommend!

I have been using the services of Kelowna Seniors Home Support since March 2022 to provide companion care for my sister who is now 77years of age. The companion care giver is excellent and has developed a very supportive caring friendly relationship with my sister who has mobility and special care needs. Our companion care giver, Adelheid weekly does light housekeeping, assists my sister with grocery shopping and every two weeks takes her on special outings. In addition to these services she takes my sister to appointments as needed. I am so relieved that my sister has such excellent care support as I live in Vancouver and only get to visit her about 4-5 times per year. I highly recommend using Kelowna Seniors Home Support Services if you need special care for your loved one.

The rates were good and she offered the hours we needed but I would not recommend this company. The owner has no protocols in place to confirm her staff arrived or left at scheduled times (the owner was NEVER aware her staff did not show up for scheduled care unless I contacted her.) Not able to supply proof of past experience, first aid, or criminal record checks when asked for them only to say all her staff had them. Little to no communication from the owner as to shift coverage changes or bringing in new staff. Thankfully 4 of her staff were amazing to have care for my relative and the need to hire this company was only for a short period of time.
