  My dad is almost done his respite care from a knee replacement surgery and made sure to tell me to leave them a great review. He literally has no complaints. The nurses are so great, the place is so well staffed, the quality of the staff and the amount they have on shift to make sure everyone is helped. The people who work the front desk, the psws and the food staff are really great at their jobs and very nice. Every time my dad rings his call bell they are there in such a short amount of time. He says the food is amazing, particularly the soup. I have seen inside of a lot of care homes and they definitely are the best in every category, the most important in my opinion is hiring enough staff, and they have done that in my opinion. 10/10 place

  I can’t say enough good things about this retirement home. My mother went for a trial period in April and then told me to clean out her apartment, where she lived independently, because she was staying at Kingsway.The staff from reception, nursing, sales, social activities, kitchen, cleaning and maintenance are all kind and compassionate and know everyone’ name. The residents can be very social or as quiet as they want. The bistro is usually buzzing and what impressed me most was that the residents are engaged and watch out for each other. My only regret after 9 months was not offering to bring my mom here sooner. We are very lucky to have chosen such a warm and friendly place.

  We are looking for a new residence for our mother, and from the moment I entered this home, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and welcome. The staff were wonderful - friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to care about the residents. The recent renovations are beautifully done and add to the inviting atmosphere. A special thank you to Massimo for your kindness and assistance. Choosing a place for your parents is never easy, but the team here made the process much more comfortable by providing all the information we needed and making us feel at home.
