Absolutely amazing staff and the facility has everything one would need. Very happy with the room size. Weekly activities and the menu is great! Super clean and everyone is so friendly!

Working with the Chartwell team has been an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, their staff have been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought and heart into supporting their residents, creating a warm and comfortable environment where everyone feels valued. The residents themselves are also wonderful to interact with - friendly, engaged, and appreciative. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Chartwell and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residence where compassion and community truly come first.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience with Chartwell Parkplace Retirement Centre in Aurora. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is special. The manager, Patti, has been a true gem, always approachable and caring, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the residents are well taken care of. Maureen, the Health and Wellness Manager, has been fantastic in overseeing my mother-in-law’s health and well-being, always offering helpful advice and checking in regularly. Another standout is Maria, another manager who goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel welcomed and comfortable. She's always so kind and attentive, and the residents truly appreciate her. The entire staff at Chartwell Parkplace is incredible – they’re attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s comforting knowing she is in such capable hands. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones!
