My mother is getting some of her in-home care from Mavencare, and Victoria, who is in charge of scheduling, has been helping us. I have been very impressed with her work. She has been very efficient, very tolerant of requests for scheduling changes, extremely patient, and very kind and personable. In particular, since this past Saturday when we lost our live-in caregiver, literally from one day to the next, she has "saved our bacon" and with a great deal of empathy at a time of extreme stress for me and my son and daughter. We have been madly scrambling to both find a new live-in and cover all the hours in the meantime. Without Victoria, I'm not sure we would have managed. She is an employee Mavencare is lucky to have, and I hope she is rewarded for her dedicated work. Cheers, Vera Szoke

We’ve been with Mavencare for many years now and have worked with Cindy who has been coordinating care for my dad. She has been amazing and keeps us well informed about changes. The caregivers have been well trained and work hard to ensure needs are met.

My father has been using Mavencare's services for over a year and we have been extremely happy with exceptional care provided by their PSW's (Mae Esther and Lillibeth). We have built relationships with them and are like family now. They have provided our family with much support that could never be duplicated. Their dedication and hard work is exceptional and with their unique qualities they each have their own method of keeping my father occupied and out of trouble. I would highly recommend Mavencare's services and will continue to use their services when need be. Even their answering service provides prompt service and messages are attended to promptly. Thank you so much!
