Found out a close family friend was in their care, who was dying and on their last breaths. Tried to reach out multiple times and left voice mails with zero response over 2 weeks. When I finally was able to reach someone at Mays Hospice the staff member was horribly rude to me over the phone! I can understand patient information is confidential but theres definitely more of a polite and considerate approach to tell someone, especially given the circumstances! Shocking & shameful.

May's Place should not be recommending Glen Haven. Glen Haven is a nightmare to deal with.

Want to go and check this out and see what they have to offer me for grieving processes
