Be very careful before agreeing to this organization's policies. Before signing, I was asked to disclose whether I had cameras installed inside my residence, including their locations, and to provide a photograph of myself for their records. These requirements raised significant privacy concerns for me. When I questioned these policies and requested to withdraw before signing, I was told that the camera disclosure requirement was implemented to inform caregivers when monitoring is present. While transparency may be important, I felt that the scope of the information being requested was excessive and intrusive. I encourage anyone considering their services to carefully review all policies and ensure they are comfortable with the privacy requirements before proceeding.

Friendly staff, try their absolute best to get you as fast as they can, and a very helpful doctor. I was seen on time and felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back.

We’ve had an excellent experience to date. Very well-trained and compassionate caregivers with supervision that’s supportive both to the caregiver and our family. The office management is professional and very responsive. Delighted to recommend Polly and her team!
