The facilities at Melville Heights are great, but the people especially are wonderful. They genuinely seem to care about their residents and are always there to go the extra mile to help when needed. There are a variety of accommodations available to suit varying requirements. They are well maintained, and will soon benefit from the installation of central air conditioning, which is currently being installed. All residents get to choose a three-course dinner each day in the dining room, included in the monthly cost. There are also many other meals, snacks, and social activities available. The food is very good and the menu is quite varied. A nurse is on call 24/7, which can be a real stress-reliever for a care-taker or other family member. I always knew my Father was in good hands while he was living there. I cannot recommend Melville Heights highly enough.
