We use Novaide for both cleaning and care for our Mom, who is 98. Ketsia and Lamercy are compassionate, helpful and exceptional at their job. They work with love, and our mother feels she's well taken care of. I have nothing but admiration for these two ladies and the company for having vetted them. Well done!

If you leave a message, they are very slow to respond, and if you request a deep clean in May... you get it in August or September! However, this deep clean is excellent.
