Oak Terrace staff are wonderful. Their care for our mom was exceptional. They often went above and beyond to better assist mom in many ways. We are forever grateful to all of the folks who look after the residents of Oak Terrace and for loving and looking after our mother. ❤️

So very impressed with the care given at this facility. We dropped in the day before my Dad was to be admitted hoping to have a quick look at the room. Karin showed us the room and gave us a tour which was unexpected because we did not have an appointment. Dad was admitted the next day Friday and received lots of attention including time with the nurse Mary Ann who took note of even the smallest of details. We were told that someone would measure for a wheelchair and call us Monday and sure enough we got the phone call. Monday morning we also received a phone call that the doctor had been in to check my Dad and addressed a few issues. Also had a call on Monday from nurse Sarah that Dad needed to go to hospital due to an illness. Only 4 days and what wonderful care. Robin the office manager is friendly and efficient and Riley got information about my Dad so she could set up some activities he would enjoy. No one wants to be in a home but I feel very comfortable and relieved having my Dad at Oak Terace.
