Neurological Rehabilitation (Progression)
Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have had a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other new neurological event. Helps patients re-learn activities of daily living helps with swallowing difficulties help with memory and thinking skills educates them about their health connects them with other community services. Treatment lasts up to 12 weeks maximum.
