Jared was very helpful, showed us the one bedroom unit floor, explained all of the special features that is offered and the other rooms that can be used for family functions. I will definitely will be moving to The Court At Pringle Creek when it is time to make a move

I lived at the Court at Pringle Creek for 18 months, but moved out at the end of December. During my time there i found many things lacking. The food was severely lacking. Most of the food was only heat and serve. Very little cooking goes on there. The same salad every day at lunch, romaine lettuce, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber, gets old very quickly. Their feature salad many times is just jello with fruit cocktail in it. That is not a salad, that's dessert. The baking of cakes, muffins and breads is either burnt or undercooked. They serve many pre-made pies for dessert. Many times the pies were still frozen when they were served. The menu is severely lacking. One meal that is served regularly is one hotdog and potato chips with ice cream for dessert. That is not a meal for seniors, that is a child's birthday party. They have a coffee area that is supposed to be stocked with baked goods, but it is usually empty. They serve bananas, apples and oranges but only put out a few at a time. If you want a banana you have to ask one of the managers. They are continually short of serving staff in the dining room. There were many times that there were no staff around when strangers came into the building. The people would wander around looking for someone to help them and residents had to try to find someone. I was falsely accused of poaching residents to move with me and a couple of weeks ago, when I went to visit friends, I was kicked out and told not to come back. These are just a few of the problems at The Court. Be very vigilant and make sure to thoroughly check this place out before committing to moving in there.

My husband was released after an extended hospital stay and we needed a short term transition period while we prepared the house to meet his needs. I reached out to a number of local retirement homes that offered respite care and it was The Court at Pringle Creek that met our needs of timing, cost and availability. Rosa met with me the same day to tour the facility and she was very helpful and able to remove so much stress that I immediately knew that this was the place for his stay. Everyone, including Rosa, Cindy, Christine and Jared were welcoming, available and supportive throughout his stay. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated everyone and highly recommend this location if a respite stay is required.
