I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received. Having spent two weeks in University Hospital London, I require IV antibiotics and multiple daily drain changes. Despite being informed twice of my impending release, your department's inadequate coordination has resulted in my extended stay for a second night, contrary to my desire to recuperate in the comfort of my own home. Your coordinator has had sufficient notice, yet we have been advised that there are no nurses or supplies available. Following my call at 3:30 pm, I was assured that the coordinator would respond today; however, as of 5:07 pm on January 21, 2026, neither the hospital staff nor myself have received any communication. The bed I occupy is urgently needed for another patient who has been waiting in the ER for two days. This situation not only affects me but also impacts subsequent patients. The community services in Windsor appear unprepared, resulting in undue suffering for those in need.

The clinical care coordinator at Ontario health at home has been instrumental in getting my father's medications and treatments sorted out. The whole medical system was just opaque to us, too many different doctors too many hospital visits and when no one knew what was going on. She figured it all out and coordinated all the care. She is a godsend.

I went to the hospital and received care. The hospital said expect a call from cacc in 24 hours. 5 days go by and on Friday late it the day they call wanting to set up an appointment. By this time I have been taking care of my wound on a daily basis when I asked her about the 24 hour call she didn’t make she asked if the hospital really said this. Immediately she was asking if I wanted to close this case. Tactics of advoidance with this was the priority. These people shouldn’t be caring for animals let alone people. They have no shame. Infection could take my leg and the level of support is non existent. This model of care is surely broken and these highly paid deflection specialists should be held accountable for this disgraceful service
