This whole system is an absolute complete joke. When you initially receive information, it sounds promising but trust me when I say it is absolutely frustrating to deal with. The services are stretched so thinly that you’re lucky to even have somebody show up once a week. They get the bottom of the barrel of nurses PSW‘s and physiotherapists so do not expect wonderful service. Our healthcare and everything else that falls under the healthcare umbrella in Canada is an utter failure. This service is a perfect representation of all that is wrong with healthcare in Canada

First time user this non sense home care. Not worth it. They never answer the phone. Care givers has no ID walking your place and no clear communication. About their motive when they come your place. Every day different people. Supervisor out of touch. If you have problem you figure out no one will help you. My experience.

Terrible place to work. I witnessed managers and HR taking advantage of nurses that were new to the team by forcing them to report to more sites than agreed to in their contracts. This was a systemic issue where they would bait and switch new hires to get them in the door then trap them before they can leave back to their old jobs.
