My elderly mom has been with this health care now for 8 years. Majority of the PSW we have dealt with are good, except for a few. However, I cannot say the same about those doing the scheduling. After requesting that we receive the regular PSW after their return from vacation it seems these individuals just don't want to listen and we get ones that don't know the routine or perform their tasks poorly. My mom is almost 97 and routine makes it much easier for her to follow. Not only that, but the nursing schedule has been moved to wherever the scheduling coordinator deems to fit their schedule. Due to medical care, nurse visits and showers must be on the same day. I wish that these individuals doing the scheduling would listen to the clients not deem their requests to be something to be ignored.

I fired them shortly after. The communication between PSW and the office staff is non existent. The PSW were sent at the wrong times with the no instructions even though I explained the instructions at length to the case workers. When I tried to stop the services I spoke to the office staff three times and the PSW still kept coming with no clue that I wanted to cancel. One PSW was even annoyed that she had not been told to not come. So the office wasted her time and lots of mine. This company probably has high turn over of staff and needs to go out of business.

I had such a great experience at the walk in office at The Greenbrook Plaza in Kitchener. Nadine L took the time to educate me on cleaning my wound and take the time to explain how it can heal quickly etc. Nadine, you truly love what you do as you can see it in the way you communicate with us patients.
